Who sees what, on every domain
A free WHOIS privacy service hides your details from the public, but the registrar still holds them, and so do registries that keep contact data, such as .org, .io or .de. Nominee registration changes the record itself.

Is the domain still mine if it is registered in your name?
Yes, as beneficial owner. Our terms give you control of DNS, renewals and transfers, the transfer code free, from your account, at any time, and the right to have the domain put in your own name free, on request to support from your verified email address, wherever the registry accepts you as holder. What does the registry see?
Registries that keep contact data, such as those of .org, .io, .de or .uk, see only DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama. The .com and .net registries are thin: they receive no contact data at all, and the registrar's record names the company. Your name, postal address and phone number are never collected, so they are never sent anywhere. The only contact detail we hold is one verified email per domain, which ICANN rules make mandatory.
Will my domain be suspended if someone complains?
Not on a complaint alone. Copyright, defamation, political or competitor complaints need a decision from a Panamanian court. Phishing, malware, botnets and fraud that takes money from victims are acted on within 24 hours of a well-documented report, and child sexual abuse material immediately. Trademark disputes follow the UDRP.
How is this different from free WHOIS privacy?
